This prize draw (“the Game”) is organised by Expansoul (“the Organiser”), Paris, France.

Article 1:  Purpose of the Game

The Organiser is running a free prize draw offering participants the chance to win one (1) year of 1:1 life coaching, as described in Article 5 below.

Article 2: Eligibility

Participation is open to any natural person aged 18 years or older, worldwide, who has a valid email address.

The following are excluded from participation:

• Anyone affiliated with the Organiser
• Any person who has directly or indirectly contributed to the design or organisation of the Game

The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any stage, and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these conditions.

Participation is strictly personal. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the main prize draw (bonus entries as described in Article 5 are separate from this rule and do not create multiple prize eligibility).

Article 3: Duration of the Game

The giveaway opens on 10 September 2026 and closes on 10 November 2026 at 23:59 (CEST) (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be taken into account.

The Organiser reserves the right to extend or shorten this period. Any such change will be published via the same channels used to announce the Game.

Article 4: How to Participate

Participation is free and requires no purchase whatsoever (“sans obligation d’achat”).

To enter: Participants must submit their full name and a valid email address via the entry form at expansoul.com/win.

Bonus entries (optional, do not affect eligibility to enter for free): Participants may increase their number of entries into the draw by:

• Joining the official launch waitlist (one bonus entry)
• Subscribing to the email list (one bonus entry)
• Following the Organiser on Instagram (one bonus entry)
• Following the Organiser on Facebook (one bonus entry)

No entry method, whether the free base entry or any bonus entry, requires payment or purchase of any product or service. Where an entry method requires postage or any incidental cost to the participant, an alternative free method will be made available on request to contact@expansoul.com.

Article 5: Description and Value of the Prize

One (1) winner will receive: one (1) year of 1:1 life coaching, comprising:

• The Expand™ Workbook
• Written summaries after each session
• Email support plus session recaps
• Lifetime access to the Expansoul Alumni

• A personalised post-programme roadmap
• Access to the resource library
• First access to future new offerings and discounts before public launch
• A closing celebration session

Estimated retail value: €11,610. This value is given for information purposes and reflects the price at which these services are ordinarily offered to the public. It cannot be claimed in cash, exchanged, or transferred, in whole or in part, in application of Article 7 below.

Article 6: Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value, for another prize, or for any other benefit, in whole or in part, at the winner’s request.

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equivalent value should circumstances beyond its control require it.

Article 7: Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or around 11 November 2026, and the result will be final.

At the latest, the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or cannot be reached, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner by the same random draw method.

Article 8: Announcement

The winner’s first name (and, where separately agreed, first initial of surname) may be announced publicly via Expansoul’s website and/or social media channels, unless the winner objects in writing to contact@expansoul.com. No further personal details will be published without explicit consent.

Article 9: Amendment or Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, extend, shorten, or amend the Game, in whole or in part, if circumstances beyond its control (force majeure) so require, without incurring any liability as a result. Any such change will be communicated via the same channels used to publish these Rules.

Article 10: Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for any technical incident, service interruption, or issue with the entrant’s internet connection or device that may prevent or delay entry into the Game.

Article 11: Personal Data (GDPR / RGPD)

Personal data collected via the entry form (name, email address, and any information provided through referral or newsletter sign-up) is processed by the Organiser for the purposes of:

• Managing entries and the prize draw
• Contacting the winner
• Where separately consented to, sending marketing communications (e.g. the newsletter)
• Demonstrating evidence of business interest and demand as part of the Organiser’s own administrative and immigration-related processes, which may involve sharing entry information with relevant French administrative or immigration authorities

This data will be retained for a period of 12 months from the Closing Date, or longer where necessary to support an ongoing administrative or immigration process. Where you have separately consented to marketing communications, your data will be retained until you unsubscribe.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”), participants have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, and request erasure of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability. These rights may be exercised by contacting contact@expansoul.com.

Article 12: Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This Game is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote it.

Article 13: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules in their entirety.

Article 14: Applicable Law and Disputes

These Rules are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Rules, and failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Île-de-France.
