What kind of coaching do you offer?
Life coaching, business, and marketing. If you want clarity, structure, and accountability without being sold a personality reboot, you’re in the right place.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy, and we do not pretend it is. Therapy is about healing, processing, and mental health support. Coaching is about getting clear, moving forward, and doing the work with someone in your corner.
What actually happens in a session?
A 1:1 session is a focused, confidential conversation built around your goals. We ask questions, spot patterns, challenge what’s getting in the way, and help you leave with actual next steps — not just a nice feeling and a notebook you’ll never open again.
Are my sessions confidential?
Yes. What happens in session stays in session, unless we’re legally required to act or there’s a serious safeguarding concern.
What is the Expansoul Alumni?

What if I want to pause or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule a session, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. That gives us time to reorganise and keep the calendar moving smoothly.
What happens after my programme ends?
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of your goals, practical next steps, and a plan for what comes next. If you’re in Expand, you’ll also have access to alumni perks and discounted post-programme sessions.
