5. Supporting Documents Uploaded During Application

Any documents you upload to support your coaching application are used solely to assess your eligibility for the programme. These documents are:

  • Reviewed only by the person or people responsible for assessing applications
  • Never shared with third parties beyond those directly involved in the review process
  • Permanently and securely deleted following the review of your application, regardless of the outcome

We do not retain uploaded documents for any purpose beyond the initial review.

 

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following third parties only where necessary:

6.1 Coaches and Collaborators

Where your application is successful, relevant details (such as your name and contact information) will be shared with your assigned coach or any collaborator delivering your sessions. All coaches and collaborators are required to handle your data confidentially and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6.2 Email Service Provider

We use Hostinger for email communications. Emails sent to or from us may be processed and stored on Hostinger’s servers. Hostinger’s privacy policy is available at https://www.hostinger.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy.

6.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer data to the United States. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6.4 Facebook Pixel

We use the Facebook Pixel on our website, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. This tool allows us to measure the effectiveness of our content and reach people who may be interested in our programme.   • Newsletter and waitlist data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics’ default retention settings (up to 26 months).

 

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers, including Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., are based in the United States. Data transferred to the US is protected under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and UK adequacy frameworks.

We only transfer your data internationally where adequate protections are in place.
